Alternatively, parents can also apply for MOE FAS online via this link: https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas
However, due to the limitations of FormSG, households with the conditions below are to apply for FAS using the hardcopy forms.

More than 5 children in Government and Government-Aided Schools (GGAS)

More than 4 children in non-GGAS

More than 3 grandparents residing in the same address
